Academics

Our Academic Approach

Goodwill follows the Karnataka State Board curriculum, delivered entirely in English. We believe in disciplined, structured learning: clear lesson planning, regular assessment, and steady individual attention from teachers who know their students well. At every stage we develop strong subject knowledge, sustainable learning habits, and the character and confidence that serve a young woman long after exams are over.

Languages We Teach

English is the medium of instruction throughout the school. Historically, Goodwill has offered Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, and Kannada as second and third languages, reflecting the linguistic richness of our community.

Beyond the Syllabus

A Goodwill education is not contained to the textbook — annual cultural events, sports days and inter-house competitions, subject clubs, summer camps, service activities with the Diocese, and chapel and value-education sessions all form part of school life.

Care, Discipline, and Pastoral Support

We hold our students to consistent standards of conduct, punctuality, dress, and academic effort, and we are a school that knows its girls. Class teachers, counsellors, and senior staff are accessible to parents, and our pastoral approach is patient, individual, and rooted in respect.
